Terms and Conditions
The prices within this website supercede all previous price lists.
All prices are quoted in GB Pounds (GBP) Sterling.
Your credit card bill will show the price in your currency at the exchange rate prevailing on that day.
For your protection we will contact you for your credit card details when your order is ready. Please ensure that you have entered the correct contact details on the secure order form.
Delivery Charges and Insurance are both included in the total purchase price of our items shown on the secure order form.
If we have the clock in stock the delivery times for each zone are as follows:
* UK - 3 days
* EU - 1 week
* USA - 1 - 2 weeks
* Rest of the World - 1 - 2 weeks
If we have to "build a clock to order" it can take from 2 - 8 weeks to deliver. Please contact us by e-mail, telephone (Freephone in the UK Only: 0800 78 345 87) for stock information and best available delivery.
We accept Visa, Mastercard (Access) and JCB credit and debit cards only.
All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.
The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.
